Empowering Therapies

"James has completely transformed the way I think and helped me overcome the trauma of a very serious knee injury. As well as that,  after just one session, I became so much more positive, happier and able to approach my injury rehabilitation in a much more positive way. Thank you!!"

Havening Therapy,  what is it?

Dr Ronald Ruden the co creator of Havening along with his brother Dr Steven Ruden says.....

When an event or experience is percieved as traumaticor very stessfull it becomes immutably encoded, often with life altering consequences.

However recent research in the field of neuroscience has shown us how it's possible to modify this encoding. we are all aware that sensory encoding changes our thought behavior (think Mozart, chicken soup,or hugging your child) but for the most part these changes are transient. Is it possible to use sensory input to create permanent change?

The Havening techniques tm is a method, which is designed to change the brain to de-traumatize the memory and permanently remove its negative effects from both our pysche and our body.

This is what Paul mcKenna has to say about Havening.

Havening therapy is going to change the face of therapy across the world.  What used to take months to cure can now be done in minutes in most cases : PTSD, Trauma, Pain, Depression and many more disorders. This is not to be confused with other psycho-sensory techniques, TFT, EMDR, etc. Whilst they are very good, Havening is light years ahead.

Here are some of the conditions that respond to Havening Therapy ...

Phobias

Chronic Pain

Distressing memories (Broken Relationships ,Shocking news,Loss, Embarrassment, Etc.)

NLP   What is it?

NLP was originated by John Grinder and Richard Bandler for the purpose of modeling human excellence.

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that represents the three most influential components involved in producing the human experience: neurology, language and programming. NLP describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) linguistic (language) and how their interplay affects our body behavior (programming).

What this means is that NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our desired outcomes.

NLP provides tools and skills for the development of states of individual excellence, but it also establishes a system of empowering beliefs and presuppositions about what people are, what communication is and what the process of change is all about.

NLP is also about self discovery, identity and mission. It also provides a framework for understanding and relating to the spiritual part of the human experience that reaches beyond us to our families and community.

NLP is a way of enriching the choices that you have and showing you there are others available too, as the people who are the most effective in life are the people with the most options. NLP is great at helping you challenge your own limiting  beliefs and by doing this gives you so much more choice so you can go on to achieve what your heart desires.

Excellence comes from having many choices and wisdom comes from having many perspectives.

Using the amazing NLP tools changes in mindset can happen in a short period of time and the results can be life changing. Imagine if what you'd always thought was impossible all of a sudden became possible! Imagine the positive change you could make to your life. This is what NLP is all about giving you the power to change what you want to change so that you're able to live the life you want to live.
